The worst ever service in India. Sent a courier on Friday and it hasn't delivered yet. It's been 5 days now. I admit that there is a Sunday and festive holiday but still worst service. When called, their response no delivery boys are available to deliver the courier. Such a stupid response and no accountability. Everything is super fast now a days but DTDC is super slow. Never reply on these guys. Now our important documents are lying with this stupid courier service.

So the owner of this place is a really cool guy. I wanted to send a parcel on a Sunday but this guy Rakesh waited till I got to his shop, sent me the location on what's app as I couldn't find the shop. BTW the maps on google has a wrong address. Call him and he will guide you to the place. Overall a Great experience!

The prices are high. Yet I expected atleast proper deliver. But surprisingly, This is the Worst service ever I have seen.The gift packages are all open.. I paid the money for the weight and know 3kgs weight of products are missing from the package.. the box is broken and the items are falling out of the box when it was delivered. Soo unprofessional and worst experience...

Actually I send pin code and I asked that pincode under serviceable or not. He said that, that pin code under serviceable but actually it not under serviceable. Result my courier is stuck. he not receiving calls. Now I am collecting that courier 150 km away from the actual destiny, [where courier supposed to be present.]

Costly courier service in Dilsukhnagar. Not even weighing the packet they are charging higher prices. It may be fraudulently they are making to achieve their turnover or their target. The charges what they are collecting with that we can directly go & deliver the packet. Need better service. Please change the authorised personnel so that we can receive a good service from DTDC. Otherwise customer base will move to other competitors nearby.

They trick you by providing false information about the delivery time and charges so that you pay more for early delivery.It was an urgent parcel, I went on Thursday morning to deliver a package to Chennai by air they said it would reach on Saturday.later I tried to track with consignment number and it showed that it reached on Friday itself and it was mentioned that I requested to deliver it later. why would I pay more and ask to deliver later.🙄
