WITH RESPECT TO ORDER R46871324 - it has reached to different pincode - please deliver to the right pincode -576217. If you cant deliver whats the use of availing your service. Its a gift suppose to reach today to the destination showing successfuly delivered to some other pin code Please check and get it corrected.

What's the point of paying when you're not gonna deliver it on time? I was called asking if I picked up the order from the office itself to which I said 'No'. Later was informed that the order is still in Udupi and hasn't reached koteshwar yet. That I'll receive it the next day. Disappointing experience.

Worst Franchise ever seen in kundapura . If they do not wake early in responding to customer courier/parcel and their concern of delivery , customer soon would close/replace this Franchise. Be aware ,these courier guys always manipulate people saying they don’t have service to our location and they will ask customers to come to courier office and collect the parcel so that part of their work will become easy 👌🏻. If they do not have service why do you first accept the delivery of parcel ? You should reject it so that we could have made use of plenty of other courier or INdia post who can deliver it. My location pin is 576222 and just 6km away from Koteswara and service is available as per the data available in the courier website . But this DTDC courier says 1. they do not have the service with just 5-6 km range also 2. They don’t have vehicles to deliver medium level box parcel ( since it wont fit bike) And when I call them they are shouting at me and threatening me saying they return back the package if I don’t come or I don’t send anybody to collect the parcel at the courier. So i I raised a complaint in DTDC support website , i had a big conference call with the support agent and this franchise courier guy and after lot of escalation finally my package got delivered to my location by the Udupi DTDC courier (not by the Kundapura DTDC courier)✌️🥳. Always raise a complaint and get it clarify whether you can get a courier door to door or not..
