Yesterday (January 7, 2021), I got the message that my package has arrived but no one came to deliver it. Nor, the delivery man has contacted me on phone. My house is less than a kilometre from the currier’s office at Sagolband Wahengbam leikai Arayan Theater Complex Jiri Parking, Imphal West. No one is answering the currier’s phone. If it goes on like this then I have no other alternative but to claim refund from the seller.

ITS BEEN SIX DAYS I HAVE SENT MY PARCEL FROM JALANDHAR TO IMPHAL MANIPUR AND ITS NOT DELIVERED YET.........MY PARCEL HAS REACHED IMPHAL HUB 3 DAYS AGO.....EVERY DAY THEY USED TO SAY LIKE THE PARCEL IS OUT FOR DELIVERY AND IT WILL BE DELIVERED WITH IN FEW HOURS .......BUT IN THE EVENING TIME THEY ALWAYS SAY LIKE NOT DELIVERED ......WORST SERVICE AND BAD EXPERIENCE ..........

Horrific . Doesn't even do their job. They don't even answer any calls. I had to personally pick up the parcel even after the shipment arrived 3 days back here at DTDC Jiribam Parking branch. A big thumbs down. Let me tell you. Your branch will not last long .
