Most third class.... worst service quality... They completed their delivery without deliver my product which are a emergency medicine.... my patient suffered for 3 days... after lodging complain for non received my product and visit local counter they provide a mobile number of delivery boy who intentionally not deliver my product and reported that the product already delivery 3 days ago.... and for this my patient suffered for 3 days for their careless activity.

Think thousand times before choosing DTDC if you are planning to deliver your staff at barasat through DTDC. I am supposed to receive a very important courier from my company and our house is on main road prominent location n ample land mark was also provided. But they just don't deliver but returned with an excuse that I have not picked up phone . Whereas we are 24/7 available at home. Such an unprofessional, they haven't even called from their registered business number to verify otherwise it would have in my call register. Before this few years back I had to collect one courier from their office as they haven't sent to my home. So this is not an one time but this is their professional consistency of being unprofessional. P.S. I order frequently through online n almost every day recieves parcel from express beez , Amazon, Flipkart, swiggie, Zomato n all are able to deliver perfectly except this people.
