I don't want to give a star. Such a careless service. It is taking more than a week to dispatch the courier from Bengaluru to Vellore. The train distance is just 4 to 5 hrs only. I have never experienced such a useless and worst service.

Very careless service. Im came from 1km to post a ticket from vellore to vizianagaram. They told me that you can go to other branch. They simply saying we dont have envelope covers. How maintaing branch without envelops? There are more than 5 mem employees!! Useless ..
