The worst service by ECOM EXPRESS, in last 6months I had received 2 packages 📦 by myself from their office. They won't even call for the information of the package that they have received and not providing home delivery as well. For the 3rd courier, I am trying to collect from the office from 27th may 2021 date but my package is unable to find by them. And told to come later to collect and today that means Ie,31/05/2021 they are telling that the courier got returned. Sometimes they call us but won't answer the call and self-updating with the negative status by saying refusing the delivery and asked for future delivery. I really hate this ECOM EXPRESS , Metpally.
