A rather nice but small place. I never knew that one has to jump through so many(unnecessary) hoops to just post a parcel. It took me the best part of an hour to post a smallish parcel. The delivery charges amounted to more than what the item posted cost! Only in India 🤬

Horrible experience... I have been a regular customer of DHL since very long. Sent my family there to send me some documents to me in Canada. They treated them very unprofessionally. Didn't expect this From DHL. After waiting for 45 mins in this trying times of Covid 19, they said cash is not accepted. No notice was put about the cash. Documents processed and the photo ids were scanned. They make the customers like we are bagging for their service. This is not the fact folks, there are plenty of people serving even better than you. And after that started misbehaving with my dad and my sister. Do not ever go there guys. They don't know how to even talk with elders. Had this experience first time with DHL. Especially the lady attendant over there. No sense of talking or humanity. Shame on you people. Do not make the DHL name bad. Very unexpected and very unprofessional. Theses particular office doesn't care about customers. Requesting DHL to take this one seriously and train these people how to behave with elders. Very bad. I wish there was an option to put less than one star for this office.

Poor delivery process don't respond they say they are only franchise. Don't even listen to coustomer they say it not my cup of tea. If you book over here and if your coustomer say he didn't receive the parcel you will say that please check the office in your area they say it franchise you contact only help line number please don't work with DHL fraud service

Very bad experience. Went there for the first time. Their staff are treated us like beggers. Don't have professionalism at all. After waited for 1 hour, taken adhar card n all photo ids, then telling us they'll take only online payment, cash is not allowed becase of covid19. DHL heads and all the customers, please take this review seriously, it's better to go for parcel somewhere else then DHL jamnagar! Worst service at all with lost temper. The lady attendant was insulting my father like hell. Shame on you people! DHL leaders please train your staff how to behave! I would have given stars in minus ratings if possible. Unfortunately minimun one star have to give. Didn't expect this from DHL.

Stressful experience. Choose any other courier service. These guys are very unprofessional. Office is hygenic and staff is friendly but UNPROFESSIONAL. My package reached at the last minute of expected day. But after a stressful coordination between this blue dart office sent from, coimbatore office recieved at, blue dart customer care, trying to reach the delivery boy. Basically, they talk to you as if they r not responsible for the time frame given. It simply depends on ur luck so if u want the package in the time frame then locate the delivery guy n get it urself.
