They are the worst sort of people, absolutely no professionalism. They act like parcel service instead of courier; they ask customers to come and collect couriers yet with name "Desk To Desk Courier". They dont hesitate to shout at customers - as if customers are at their mercy!

Paid too much for this courier because they suggested it was the best.. my boxes came all crumbled..the delivery guy threw the boxes near the gate it was raining heavily and ran away..Never ever use this service again. Even though it was sent in fragile courier they threw the cartons..
