One of the crucial aspects of bus service is its timeliness. But VRL services failed the expectation of passengers on this aspect many times. Coming to comfort, I would say it is suitable only. Cleanliness can be improved. Overall, I felt the service provided by this travel agency was average, and I believe it can be improved for the betterment of society.

VRL is one of the private transport companies providing excellent service to the passengers. Bus drivers drive the bus very carefully. The seats of the bus are clean and provide a comfortable travel experience to the passengers. But their problem is that if the boarding place is PVS (Mangalore), they have to go there and get on. But the dropping place is Corporation Circle, Bangalore, even if they ask if there is a stop at Corporation Circle, the staff says yes. They say But after reaching Bangalore in the morning, Gandhinagar was the last stop. So if they ask whether they can go to Corporation Circle, they say it will be 11 when they go. This bus reaches Gandhi Nagar at 4:30 in the morning and from there it takes 11 hours to go to Corporation Circle which is 1.4 km. If Gandhi Nagar is the last stop, why do you mention Corporation Circle at the dropping place while booking the ticket?

Pickup point is nearest to the railway station. Seating space is not available. Seems like a courier office rather than a pickup point. The VRL bus experience was pretty good. The pickup will always be on time at this pickup point so try to be on time.

I booked family travel with vijayanand bus Mangalore pune route We had bad experience on journey as vehicle got breakdown and standstill at 7:30 pm but there was no immediate help received. It cost a loss of time and inconvenience on route journey due to breakdown . Hope the replacement bus would come soon if arranged immediately by VRL support staff
