Had to travel around 15-20 kms to collect my parcel that came from Mumbai, since DTDC office at my place was shut for a week or so. Smooth scenic route during journey with secured bike parking space made me forget that i had taken any effort. Office is located beneath building and is on the ground floor just in front of the parking space. DTDC person "Prasannan" (sorry if name is misspelled) was very kind, he co-ordinated the moment the package arrived and was finding ways so that it could reach my nearest place, but since it was important for me to get the package, so, decided to give a quick visit. Package was handed over to me in a good condition and delivery from Mumbai to Kerala was way too fast, just in 2 days it arrived. Happy all in all. P.S. Wondering if it is just him looking after everything without any helping hand since there were many packages spread everywhere inside office.

The worst servuce ever. We had payed for the courier and they will not deliver it in address and they simply make a call to the receiver to collect it. It is not fair. Or else the courier have to inform us about the delivery earlier. So that we can go for some other courier agency. Pls no one choose this useless courier at anycost.
