This is a big office with booking in the first floor. Accessing the booking section might be an issue if you are handicapped or have trouble climbing stairs. The staff were extremely quick in booking and a bit low on courtesy. However, they did their job to perfection. In general, I will recommend this company for sending documents and goods worth less than the insured amount - Check their terms.

Such a rude behaviour from the staff. Not explaining the charges for parcel before generating bill. And looting extra money on cancelling the uninformed bill - that is being generated without the customer’s knowledge. Big fraud.
