Please NEVER ever use their service. I ordered a parcel which was tracked and shown that it was forwarded to Aleppey branch. After contacting the branch they forwarded it to cherthala branch, whose customer service is absolutely appalling. The staff made it is seem like its our fault for not knowing where the parcel is. After back and forth conversation we haven’t managed to get our belongings. PLEASE DONT SEND ANY VALUABLES! Or you might end up chasing it through the country.

I have set a package of15kg to Thirupathi, Andhrapradesh on 25th of October. Neither my package was delivered to the consignee nor they contacted him over phone. Inspite of contacting the ST courier peaple continuously, they didn't deliver the package and said it is been sent back to kochin. The package came back today 13th October to St courier Cherthala office opposite to St Michael's College, the irresponsible peaple gave back my package with no regret. All the food items inside was spoiled. I lost the money and my time. So please never ever use this courier my dear friends.🙏

Worst courier service in Cherthala.They dont have delivery service and we have to collect even if the package is very big and customer service is very pathetic.The lady there on call service don't know how to behave to customers and have very little knowledge in her job.
