Worst delivery service i experienced. Still I did not get my order my order at your office right now but you people not receiving a call then why you guys provided your number here. I paid money for fast delivery but now 5 days over still I did not get my order. Atleast please respect someone's urgency. Why we paid for fast delivery cause we need it in urgent.

They are Just Demolishing the name of DTDC, such a slow service. We pay higher price to send our parcel on time not for getting it reserved for days when it reach to destination hub. Ridiculous service by Khamla branch they don't have any customer values. DTDC team should take action for such casual behaviour. I have to send my aged father to hub for receiving my parcel when deliver got failed without any reason. Moreover they even don't share delivery guy contact details so that we can directly contact. Giving 1* as there is no other option.

Worst service ever...... According to the details my parcel is in Nagpur head office on 25th, but still it is in transit. Even on calling Mr. RAHUL he is non responsive. It is better to go with BlueDart. They are punctual to their services.

Very sad service, the parcel took almost 15 days to reach even by air…what’s the point of paying more money and sending it by air then….the food was spoiled which was in the parcel…even after tracking and telling them to cancel it so that the receiver doesn’t get the spoiled parcel of food during Diwali…they didn’t even cancel it after telling our concerns repeatedly again and again! Very unhappy with the service! This is it for me with dtdc! Won’t recommend it to anyone!

I wish I would have checked the reviews before connecting to dtdc nagpur. The entire channel is worst. My parcel was delayed and still no clue when it will get delivered. Not picking up the call. Even when they promised to deliver it on 24th oct 2022, it's today 25th. It was said they will deliver it today morning. And again no response. Worst service ever.

Parcel was expected to deliver 2 days back and still today they don’t have any update. Received message from DTDC 2 days back mentioning parcel will be delivered and still no updates. When connected to main office they are telling to pick up from center instead of delivering it. I paid the charges to deliver at home and they said they can’t do it due to staff shortage.

Very bad service my consignment was sent by air to PONDICHERRY from Nagpur on 07/07/22 and delivery was promised on 09/08/22. Till now 10/08/22 5.30 pm delivery is not done and the delivery person is just giving false assurances. What is the use of sending by air and paying double charges if delivery is not done on time. Due to this delay I have to incur huge financial losses. Is DTDC going to pay for my losses. I need a clarification from DTDC. Worst services from DTDC

Very disappointed and furious by the Service. The Package should've been delivered on time since it was a plant and the delivery should've been done on or before the delivery date. The online tracking website clearly mentioned that the delivery partner refused delivery. And the people didn't even had the courtesy to receive calls or reply to the mails. We didn't even get the refund and the package got redirected without our consent.
