We will never suggest anyone to go to TCI neither we will as the services are pathetic. They aren't professional over the customer care and they argue with the customer in an unprofessional tone. The way company is moving will not survive in the new age. Rather go to safeexppress, DHL or someone better in local logistics but not TCI.
