I recently went to send a courier from this DHL cum Blue Dart courier located in the Velayutham road, Sivakasi. The courier I want to send was a document weighs 100 gram or less. I asked to the courier guy what will be the cost to send this document of approximately 100 grams to Oman. He just referred to some notes and said it will cost 3600.00 rupees. I was shocked hearing this. Because a document I sent before this from DHL Chennai to USA costs me just 1700.00 rupees and to Oman which is very next to India costs more. I queried the guy about this. He told me DHL Chennai prices are different. I then took my document to ST courier and they said they can send the documents to Oman with the help of their partner courier and it will cost rupees 1200.00. Ahhh there comes a relaxing breath and decided to send through ST courier. DHL and Blue Dart are cheating the customers.

Waste no one attending calls. They don't have the courtesy to call before making address is not correct. All other couriers I am receiving in the same address. Without any hassle getting delivered. One of my consignment lying in sivakasi stating address not correct.
