The service from the Mangalore DHL guys was brilliant. Ashith was super helpful. The only feedback I have is that pay the delivery guys enough. When the parcel reached me, the guys came up to me and told me sir can you give me tips. I felt like they are being underpaid. Maybe include their tips in the charges to the client.

I have booked one consignment for Italy from DJHL kodialbail branch and due to custom issue same returned back from Bangalore ..they have promptly intimated and reimbursed full money immediately. Not even charged single rupee for their services.. Secondly I have couriered one package to Pollachi and they tracked promptly and ensured and confirmed that the consignment was delivered to the party ontime. Ashit and team at Kodialbail did a wonderful service.

Very neatly maintained. Visible from the main road. Just left at main entrance gate of yenipoya hospital. It takes hardly 5 min from both city center and pvs circle. Very friendly staff and belt pleasant behaviour. I visited during Mon peek time so wasn't any crowd. There's a bit of waiting time for processing. However overall experience was good.
