The worst service you can imagine. If there was an option for negative stars, i would give that. My parcel reached the nearest hub, and then for 4 days there is no update from them. Their phone is not reachable, customer care doesn't know what is the issue. I will never ever again use dtdc

This is possibly the worst courier service I have ever used. They asked me if I want the courier to reach the recipient asap i.e. within 3 days max(since it was to a neighbouring state) and if that's so, I can choose the speed service they have which is called DTDC blue/green and they charged me unduly high charges for the same. And I was instructed to track the parcel using the consignment number they had provided. To my worst nightmare, the parcel never reached the recipient even after 4 days which is so totally disapproving of their service. I chose to call the courier office myself to check with what's happening to the parcel, but they just kept redirecting me to every other possible branch that's in that locality and nobody gave a proper response. Now here I'm sitting with fingers crossed wondering if the parcel will ever reach my friend. I had to choose 1 star in order to give this review. Had it not the case, I would have given them just nothing. Don't prefer this courier service anytime at least not for surprise gifts. It will be a total mess.
