Worst POSTAL SERVICE IN DIMAPUR. They don't even call or even come to address for the delivery and they mark parcels delivered. My parcel was mark delivered and I received after month after inquiring at the postal office. They dont even bother to call and if we complain they make excuses. All three times faced delayed issues with no calls and prior to marking update without our consent. I mean why even bother to ask us to sign on the book when we come to inquirwe and collect our packages the person in charge can should even sign in our place pathetic service.
