Third class ani very poor courier service first time my courier Delhi Varun ale je mala should have received before Diwali I didn't get it I used to go to town for 2 days and stopped because I wanted to gift it to someone but these DTDC guys are showing me my parcel delivered without smile code They did not give me any response but after Diwali I went to the branch of Madhu Industries and asked the staff there, they gave me next day delivery.

Worst experience with DTDC My consignment not delivered since 29th April 2023 despite request to handover the same to my immediate neighbour. Daily remark is posted on tracking page-“Door Locked”. Helpline number is useless and helpline staff is rude and careless. Unprofessional attitude.

Why this type of branch points are entreating with the DTDC. Never ever seen this type of delivery point and issues. And no proper response and quick update from the Customer Care end too.

The address is my office address is clearly mentioned and also I email them about it still they unable to deliver on time and unable to contact. Do not use this company service.

First time I used DTDC services so that my important courier to deliver to me on time. Had a worst experience. Neither the deliver boy called me nor delivered to the address. 5 days later found that He wrote office closed however my office closes at 8 pm.had he attempted the deliver mid night? Atleast he shd call me. He returned the courier and also charged huge amount. It would be better if would hd used Indian registered post or speed post. Never recommend to anyone the DTDC courier service.

Really Bad Experience with DTDC. I sent an urgent courier by DTDC Blue with a promise it will be delivered next day. The delivery boy never called me or never visited my home. He updated false information that Door is closed. Really bad show DTDC, this is going to cause huge loss for me!

Worst Experience ever, DTDC was not delivered the package for 2 days, it was having some important document which was required to be submitted on time, bit coz of DTDC we failed to submit on tie and penalty got imposed. After raising the grievance in national consumer helpline they delivered the package. For 2 days they kept the package and mentioned in tracking at the end of the day" office closed/Door Locked".

What you read in another review is true! I paid a premium to receive my parcel from Hyderabad to Mumbai the next day. My parcel was received in this hub at 3.08PM and it was showing Out For Delivery. however, to my surprise, it wasn't out for delivery! I personally went and picked it up in the evening.. How cheaters these guys are in their work...
