DTDC Courier, Annur, Tamil Nadu

The lady who's working there is very unprofessional and rude. And they're not delivering courier to the respective address. She just called and said you got the courier to collect it from the office. I called to ask for a reason why they couldn't deliver to the mentioned address. She doesn't pick my call for 3 days and after 3 days I tried with different number and she picks and says "if you want your courier, come and collect at the office we don't provide service there". I previously underwent the same issue a year back but i raised a complaint from the sender side and they sorted out and made them deliver to my address. If DTDC can't provide proper service they should mention while posting courier. Anyone out there never do business with DTDC annur you will never get your courier.
