India post is doing good service like delivering letters parcels etc. We can also send letters and book parcels at a very cheap rate. They have speed post services also that too with very economical cost. During covid time it really did yeomen service for students to post their answer papers via speed post to the respective colleges or universities through out Chennai, Tamil Nadu and India.

Very very poor service. Post master general should transfer those erring staff to other places or alternate work. They are public servants but treating the customers as though we went for any favours to them. They should understand we are customers supporting them still even in this competitive market. Without customers they will not have any work which will make them jobless.
