Pilathara branch. They dont delivered to the actual address. Call the receipient and ask to collect from their office. When enquired, the executive madam educating the customer that you should enquire these things prior to sending. Atleast the executive must be properly trained and keep in mind that its not a free service. We are paid for what we demand. Poor service

Worse Courier service.no home delivery..why do they even take so much money that too without even door step delivery.i wouldn’t have given even one star if there was an option.. (Dear Owner friend,. there is no such rules in DTDC that you can't deliver out of your service area, then package would have not sent to your pilathara hub from kannur hub, another note customer also paying the fuel surcharge for home delivery, first know your business while responding to a customer, this will help to improve your service)
