Comfortable travel service, VRL provides at a comparatively lower price, staff in the bus too are good, Overall I'd not think twice to book a Journey with VRL. Happy Journey!

Was Good but the thing I faced was dam irritating they changed a bus in between as I was alone travelling n had lots of luggage in early morning its terrific experience.. But I travel since 7 years.. Its kinda good service especially for ladies washroom facility.

Very bad experience. I had booked a sleeper berth from Hubli to Mumbai on 27th of Feb for travel scheduled on the 1st of March 2021 9pm, sleeper 11, which is the most comfortable and for which they charge premium, for which I was charged 1350/- . Got a call from a Mr Sidhu from VRL late afternoon on the 1st of March, stating that my bus is canceled and they will accommodate me on the bus scheduled for 10pm same day, and was offered seat No 31, which is right at the end and which nobody prefers coz it’s very uncomfortable. Which I had to except coz last minute had no choice. On boarding the bus, I came to know that the passenger who was on my original sleeper berth No 11 had booked his ticket on the 28th February, only one day prior for Rs 850/- only. And after talking to a few other passengers, who had seats ahead in the bus, realised that there’s a big racket happening, where passengers who have prior bookings and have already paid in advance are shifted to cheaper seats and those seats are then sold to other passengers who otherwise wouldn’t opt for VRL Travels. I was not only cheated of Rs 500/- but was made to travel at the back end of the bus, just because I trusted VRL travels. Sharing this coz if you experience the same, you know how to deal with it.

If you got Kids, pretty EXPENSIVE. The bus attendants force you to buy Full seat ticket even for your 3-yr old. Even though kid sleeps with you and other seat is wasted.
