They delay the parcel, and you have to collect it personally....owner is abusive...also uploads fake pod... Tilakwadi branch people try to avoid getting parcel from DTDC unless there is no option, you might end up in a brawl...also DTDC complaints won't even take proper action...so you will be the fool at the end

Worst ever service by DTDC. Had sent a consignment from bangalore on 17th Jan which reached belgaum in 18th but these guys sat on consignment for 5 days without even informing the consignee about its arrival. When bangalore branch asked about its whereabouts they shamelessly reply that they parcel only once a week and Godsewadi which is hardly 2 kms from tilakwadi is unserviceable. The parcel reached its destination inly when matters were escalated to higher ups. This branch of DTDC should really clean up their act and come out of their lazy attitude to save the brand name. If i have a consignment to be sent to belgaum i am never opting DTDC again just because of handful of lazy people.Any day would prefer professional courier or Speed post and save my time .
