I am giving one as zero option is not there. Worst ever courier service I have ever seen. In this particular branch, all staff have zero regard for customer. The way they behave is too rude and arrogant. They create problems with late delivery, no timely updates and all and speak as if we are disturbing them. WORST PEOPLE. A consignment despatched on 25th October is lying at West branch since 28th Oct 12.43 pm. Not moved at all and shows in transit. When raised a complaint, they reply that the ticket is closed. Tried calling help line but no one there. It is switched off. Atrocious indeed.

Worst experience with DTDC. My package has not been delivered and i'm trying to contact the customer call nobody is responding. The package status says enrouted. If you can't deliver it on time or respond back to us. Please stop providing service to us. One of the worst experience with DTDC. It wasn't a perfect experience but if you tell me to work on holiday I would not work at all but they've to keep working 24*7 so on the first attempt they coup not help me find my package but in 2 hours fine, they called me and told me that they found it and they won't be able to deliver in next three days so drove their around 10 pm and they help me get it. What else do you expect? I'm happy with the experience so yeah five ✨
