I have very bad experience with OYO w.r.t. hotel room rent as the price is very low while booking but hotel people are denying to provide room with the low price. I have paid 1000 INR additional for the room book in OYO Flagship 70822 Pnd Complex as they are not ready to provide me the room. it is very harassment for the guest to find alternate room at night when hotel staff deny to provide room. This need to improve urgently by OYO.

A well furnished and upright rooms are given post a smooth check-in. Staff members are friendly and helpful and provide a quick room service. I was easily able to locate the hotel via public transport. Would surely recommend.

The worst hotel ever i seen. There is no room service. Manager and owners are not customer friendly. without telling or prior information they ll open the room. Room is not cleaned well when enter into room. Bedsheets were smelling like hell🤮🤮🤮🤮. adequate plug ports aren't available. No complementary foods. PNP complex oyo rooms are not meant for trip and professional purposes.
