One lady,and old man in the left sitting in psk pathankot,they have their own rules,not following which mentioned on website doesn't know the rules,for issuing passport to minor both refused to issue, whereas if parents have valid adharcard no need minor adharcard as per website, you guys giving unnecesssry trouble to people,God watching..you corrupt fellow

Staff do not cooperate at all specially the turban man and another sitting to his left. They just want excuse for not making passport. They entertain only those files which came through agents to get their cut.They are corrupt.

The entrance to passport office is through gate on left hand side of post office. After entering move up stairs to 1st floor. There is not much waiting if you are on time. And inside it doesn't take much long. Also very important, bring all required documents original and self attested photocopies.

The experience of the work that I want to be done here was so much bad that I cannot to explain properly here. The staff specifically the turban man ( sardar ji) who literally donot have any sense that how to talk a customer and the illogical reasons given by the staff for not processing tha passport application on first visit only are misleading. It's definitely no no for all the customer's who are going first time for there application appointments in thought that it will be done instantly rather they have to come again and again for application processing. They definitely are wasting public time and government money just because of the staffs egoistic and unprofessional behaviour. I definitely want an action to be taken against the staff as soon as possible. So that the public will get proper and clean channel for passport processing applications

Very good and smooth experience. Although offline but the processing was very smooth. You'll need to carry all required documents hard copy even after uploading documents online, but can't blame them as there this POPSK is not online

Very bad experience with Pathankot passport office. During 1st appointment they said network is not working, during 2nd appointment they again told that network in not working and waited 3.5 hrs and finally application was submitted. we are senior citizens and my wife has health problem and the processing of this office caused lots of inconvenience to us also our passport application got delayed due to irresponsible and unprofessional passport office staff. Its very shameful that at one side India is planning for Mars exploration operations and at other side you are unable to provide a passport to people on time.

We went for passport one person told bring other documents , when we brought other , then another person told bring some other documents , so we took Appointment 3 times ,Finally our money got wasted. Another thing is they tell to call before coming but they have not shown their number anywhere.
