Very worst ever experienced courier service. Parcel was delayed by 8 days. When called for clarification, the response was really worst also they opened the parcel too. They say there was a leakage in the parcel but there is nothing liquid in that parcel. Some office people saY it was concerned branch(Palavakkam) mistake but Branch says a different thing. Kindly do not send Ny parcels with these people.

Got attacked by delivery person Murugan inside my gated community. First he delivered the package to an incorrect address and then told me to fetch it myself. Post that he started harassing us for signature. I had to physically move him away from the lift as he started shoving me. Very poor attitude and unacceptable behaviour.

I was charged 100/rs for a package which was not even 200gms to be couriered to Kallikulam. Never weighed the cover.. Just enquired with another staff around on how much to charge. Even after telling them for that location it is maximum 80Rs in Professional courier, the person told this is the charge and it will be delivered tomorrow. It’s been 3days since out for delivery but no update, finally i got a number from google and called the destination courier office and enquired, the staff informed for that location they will only deliver 3days once. I informed him it was urgent so i paid 100 and Sent the courier, he told all delivery details are clearly shared with all branches even after that they are giving false commitment. He told the courier can be delivered on coming Monday only if it is urgent it has to be collected from office it seems.. Totally disappointing service from ST Courier

Good service👍tis i wrote bfore Now i had a bad experience with the courier office.they cleverly cheated by booking courier for madurai at rs.80 per kg Where now nearby the same stcouriers book at the rate of rs.45 to the same place even far from the original place. The management of st courier palavakkam refund my remaining money or will raise tis problem as a big issue. Dont cheat people n earn money. Do the needful or u hav to face the consequences. Don never cheat people for money. Don the refund faster.
