They are the worst ...I think the staff of this services give this dtdc service 2,3,4,5 stars ...its literally the worst service of the world my package was out for delivery for a whole day and suddenly at night it showed me that reciever change the date ..but how??...I was eagerly waiting for my parcel but they changed by themselves how rude ...how pathetic they are ... literally the worst... kindly listen to me ...it was my personal experience and if you don't believe me then prepare for the worst case i.e. If u deliver some sensitive document with this courier service...ITS A WARNING...I don't know how Govt. is giving permission to these type of courier services in India... They are fraud really fraud....Thieves..

Very bad experience. I sent rakhi and sweet boxes ( haldiram Soan papdi) 5 boxes. One chota bheem rakhi and diary milk silk chocolate for little brother. These people opened the parcel took out one of the sweet boxes, chota bheem rakhi and diary milk silk chocolate. They delivered only half of the parcel. They just stole things from the parcel before delivering it. When I complained about it, they said I should go to customer court instead of tracing the thief. This is the kind of service. They earlier also took out things from the parcel. This is a bad experience. Please keep photos of the parcel before sending and while receiving. So that in case of such problems you can show them.
