My worst experience in the age of connectivity. The courier was returned for insufficient address, but they did not even call the phone number given. One month before this, I had sent another bigger package from Dtdc to the same address. Even worse It took me a month to retrieve the parcel that was returned. I had to visit and remind then 4 times. No apologies, no accountability, no refund. One should be happy to have received the parcel back. One of the reliable couriers that I have used almost 20 years now. Will not use anymore because of unreliable courier deliveries. Shameful.

Shop is at first floor. You can find Upstairs at both ends. One is beside Season's hotel. Another one at opp end. Upstairs are not clean. Anyhow, you will see many dtdc board while standing on road. Since, Its a DTDC branch, you can trust :)

Office is in old building but easily accessible since it stands on the road. Office is on first floor so you have to take stairs at start of building. Staffs were professional and helpful.

Pathetic courier service. it's better to use pigeon and other. They people don't know how to deal with the customer. They charged 120 rs for my courier of 20 gms from Delhi to Bangalore. They asked me to collect from office. Guy named Ravi don't know how to talk. Worst behaviour. Use Indian Post speed post instead pigeon or flyking etc

I have couriered my laptop from bengaluru to Chennai. It got delivered safely. For laptops, they don't do packing. In my case, they agreed to do packing with packing charge 200 INR.

If I could give negative stars I would give a -10. The tracking showed that parcel had been delivered while I had clearly not received it. When I called the agent he said it was wrong number. Wow. I had to call so many dtdc centers just to get this branch's number and then when I called their customer service, they were downright rude to me for asking the whereabouts of my own parcel. Double Wow! Some guts. In the end, I had to go and get it myself. The delivery is pathetic and staff is absolutely rude and lazy and irresponsible and they might just loose your parcel. Beware. Never using this again. Nope.

Worst service. I called to the land line near about 15times. First time a lady picked up the call and when I asked to track a Number, she said there is no power and asked me to call after sometime. But from then no one picked up My call. The guy who picked up The parcel is so rude and when I asked was the parcel delivered he said I am not responsible to reply u. This is the first time I am facing an issue with DTDC. I guess this particular branch has worst service.

Basically dtdc service is good..but the response of the receptionists in electronic city branch is horrible.They wont bother about the customer. Zero proffesionalism.And every time i have to go to their office and collect the parcel.Every time some one send me a parcel they will not deliver and they will not even call for the delivery.Simply status will be updated as REVEIVER DENIED TO RECEIVE PARCEL. why a reveiver will deny to receive his/her own parcel.Seriously that is disgusting.

Extremely bad, unprofessional, illeterate brutes running the service. They only Know to loot customers. They cheat and don't even respond to customers when we come for service. Management is blind and deaf if they cannot reform their employees. Assignment no V51527915 was done from this center. They charged extra for speed service. Shipment failed and came to chamrajpet RTO. It's taking them more than 2 weeks to return my package. They ask Everytime to come on random day. Shame on you DTDC to have such pathetic customer service. You just loot money.

It wouldn't be a suprise if you have to wait for your parcel for 72 hours. And after trying to call them for many times if your lucky they'll pick the call and ask you to go to their office and pick up your parcel. I dont think they offer delivery services its just that they keep it and if you really want the parcel you cango and collect it from their office.
