Pathetic waiting my courier since 1 week and when I enquired the status is return back to the source without any call and message showing non serviceable area. Than how come you took the parcel from the source if there is no service at Madhupur.

So poor performance. Actually someone couriered a few things from Ranchi on 23rd April 2021 to my address at- Meena Bazar, Madhupur. And the Madhupur New received the parcel on 26th April but they did not deliver the parcel by 28th April 2021. When I started enquiring regarding the parcel they told me to come and pick up from the office. Even they did not notify me when they received y parcel(K29404548).
