With a smiling face I left the office, first they are expensive 125₹/kg (under 100km). Service sarcastically excellent. When I entered a customer was threatening them to file a case against them for not delivering his product to his son at Chennai, so yeah. Made me wait when I was willing to pay the price they asked and they took their beautiful time so took my parcel and left to ST Courier where they charged me just 35₹/kg @chittor. And Thank you man at the end of the counter making me wait while you were chitchatting and watching the man quarrel at the other end with entertainment.

Poorest customer service. Instead of delivering the courier to the exact place, they demands the customer to come to their office. If said that they've to deliver it to the address mentioned, they return the parcel back. Worst people ever.

Extremely poor service. Never even once delivered to my home address. Everytime they give vague answers, threaten to return the courier. Everytime I used to go and collect in their office, but now due to lockdown it's difficult.
