Always very bad experience in salem vrl. The treated the customers very badly. In delivery section we should wait for half an hour for billing and another half an hour for searching our goods. So totally one hour for parcel delivery. Billing section very very slow and very old procedure. Totally it's a government office. If I want check my LR number I I call the office number they are not picking the phone the giving three numbers for delivery but no one pick up the phone
