Very bad service. I sent a courier 10 days before it haven't reached the person yet. And if I try to talk to the customer executives they only say 1 thing that we are trying we are trying. It's pathetic the courier was so important as there were books and clothes which we sent to my son to jaipur. His college has been started but he doesn't have any books. Their service is very bad if their would be minus marking in review I'd give below zero. I don't know where the package or parcel is. I SUGGEST EVERYONE NOT TO USE 'DTDC' evr. We don't even get customer support . I don't know if my courier will be given to him or not worst service ever.
