Jeedimetla, VRL is worst place I ever seen in my life.staff are very rude.no proper response & responsibility. Took huge time to talk initially and later took lot of time to release my parcel. No respect to customers. Because of this Jeedimetla branch, I decided not use VRL parcel services anymore. Pathetic & worst experience. One of the staff challanges to give complaint and gave his employee I'd and name that he will behave like that only. His emp.id.56740 and his name is Osho padey. Over all worst experience with VRL parcel service Jeedimetla, Hyderabad.

Delivery Duration: They took moderate time as per their commitment of delivery. Price: Price is worth of delivery basis distance. Handling: Very rough handling of goods, got lot of dents on my consigment, also observed at site, they throw the parcels very roughly and carelessly. Worst experience..Don't opt for VRL logistics. They are such a irresponsible fellows. They left my therapy table which weighs around 85kgs on the road infront my clinic and left with out any information. Infact they are supposed to deliver our product in the 1st floor. But they didn't. Left on the road. Don't opt VRL logistics.
