Why DTDC is not delivering the courier to the customer address?.... instead they are asking the customer to collect the courier from their office🤷. Then why the staffs are meant to be?......very bad experience from DTDC. You are charging every courier a fixed price, but not delivering the courier to the given address. And DTDC centre is not responding to any complaints in the review section... I know this is one of such. You are only responding to good feedbacks and saying thanks to them and not replying to bad experiences faced by the customers. If you are not delivering the courier to the locality in the given address, then atleast inform the courier provider regarding that.

Very poor service! Had to come and pick up my item from their office, which they could have delivered to the mention address which was just 3kms away. Denied delivering it saying they are not allowed to deliver to the location.

Fast and good service. The only drawback is they don't have home delivery. We need to collect the courier from their office. That's why I'm giving only 4 stars. Rest is very good.

What rubbish service are these people providing only God knows. I made a payment of 400/- and was told the courier would be there by 3 days max .It's almost a week now and still my courier is pending. Such feeble people .Never get anything done here !
