Irresponsible, no door to door delivery, ridiculous behaviour, poor communication. When I went to their station to collect my package, saw that no system there. All the packages were kept on the floor and searching. There are high chance for missing the packages if you didn't collect immediately. Overall horrible experience and never ever go with DTDC again.

No home delivery. If you order a chocolate or a pen from Amazon it will be delivered to your doorstep but DTDC itself a courier company won't deliver to your home. We have to go and collect from their office as per thier convenience.
