Very bad experience at kayamkulam branch. No responsibility on staff side and no information about package, if you pick up their call informing package arrival at branch then you are lucky. If you missed the call and calls back then they will tell they dont know about such a package, package did not arrive at office etc..and holds the package without any info for days saying it did not arrive and they dont know anything about it even of you provide courier tracking number. Dont waste your time on this branch.
