Very very worst customer service especially Mr gopal delivery person very worst and rude i called gopal and i asked to separate my parcel i told i'll come and collect. I went to office immediately but my parcel was not there delivery person took. Again i called concerned delivery person he told no one told me about this so i took to deliver. After that i asked gopal why you not convey .This person shouting me how come you say I'm not conveyed So he told me this one line ten times and started a fight. But He is not ready to sort out the problem Gopal's behavior was very rude and harsh Customer handling was so poor Please take action and correct this kind of attitude persons

There is no proper tracking system so i searched their contact number from google which is not reachable so I took number from Justdail , while Iam telling my tracking I’d to them, they just cut the call and not picking up the phone again. One of the WORST service ever.

No response at all, they not at all stick to commitment delivery date..very poor and worst service, they dont even try for delivering the pack and least bothered about the customers..my pack has come 2 days before to my native hub and till date i havn't recieved..they are not even updating proper number to contact them to know the delay . I can advice not to prefer ST couriers at all ..coz they are not suitable and time commitment, which is mandatory for courier service. I am not really willing to put that single star aswell...frustrated situation...if really my concern is reaching some managing officials i really wanted to speak with them.
