Most unprofessional courier service i have ever come across!!! Their executive came to office and collected the parcel and issued a receipt. I was informed that the tracking number would be received within 15 mins. Been 6 days since i am trying to ask them for the tracking and there is zero response from their end.

If you want to overpay to send something domestically and your parcel to get stuck in transit please go for thier services. They have over charged for a simple document to go through and when you follow up regarding your parcel they won't take your calls. Please prefer your local courier vendors as they are way more reliable.
