Courier containing food item was sent with a promise that it will reach within 2 days. But its been 7 days there is no sign of it. The person in charge is very casual about it. Customer care service is pathetic, they never pick ur call. This is second time that Courier is super late. Highly unprofessional staff and management.

Very poor response. At the time of delivery DTDC official said that we do not have delivery at kothdwara location. If they do not have delivery at that location then why they booked parcel for said location. When contacted to DTDC official he disconnect the call. Very poor service
