Sky King Is Worst Courier Carrier. It took more Than 7 days to deliver a small parcel ( not yet delivered) After contacting Customer care, The staff member Said that it's getting delay because of lockdown. However, All the known couriers like DTDC / Speedpost / Delhivery are assuring 3 days doorstep delivery. My parcel is With destination location since last 2 days But no one is bothering to deliver it.!! No one is bothered to inform How much time this will take. When contacted them again They said parcel won't be delivered untill the lockdown is finished. This is something which is not acceptable. I won't suggest Skyking Courier These guys are worst. Customer service is as worst as their delivery service.

But it's 18th today and it's still in Ghatkopar and If I call they are telling it's not possible to deliver it today. It'll go tomorrow. What's the use of delivering after the occasion 😤😤😤
