If here is a option of zero rating then I definitely give this courier a big zero. Few parcel I have received from this courier, and each or every time I received worst service. They don't give my parcel to my home but when I ask them to bring my parcel then they shout on me and told me to pick up the parcel from their office... when I reached to the courier office then they don't co-operate with me to bring the parcel at my car because the parcel was tooo heavy... When I ask them to help then they misbehave with me.... After few months later another parcel come in this same courier, again they deny to bring my parcel to my home and it was a light weight parcel... When I ask the barbarian courier man he misbehave with me and tell me to took the parcel from their office.... Really I never ever seen such a barbarian worst courier service... I don't want the courier service again...

They don't deserve 1star,it should be 0.I never give bad reviews to anyone, because I know it's effective on Google.Very very bad behavior they have.First of all they charged 40 rs/day for kept the qurier. I inform them that currently there is no one available at my place to receive the order ,definately send someone to receive it early by payingtheir charges. Last two days here was heavy raining.. Today morning they called & I politely replied just after receiving call that yes today I send someone to receive that,but in reply he said very very rudely & it's like thread.They even don't know that The qurier is very important to me & there are expensive makeup products(already paid) from Ahmedabad. My only concern is their threading language & rude words from the first day.....

The worst courier service ever. First of all their customer care service is never available. Second they do not deliver on the promised date. Third they LIE about the shipment tracking. Fourth their phone number are always switched off. I am never ever using this courier service ever.
