My way bill no. 63382705411 dispatched from Cochin on 30th Oct has not yet reached Trivandrum after 5 days. There is no response from the tracking team. No one seems tonhave any idea regarding where the courier is. Extremely poor service.

very very worst courier in India.Even you write your To address they will ask you to come and collect from their office.Their Regional manager Prabakaran will never attended or respond your phone call.You can not get contact number of their MD. Only one pick up point in Trivandrum. No matter how far you stay, you have to pick it up from their one and only office. No flexibility in collection and extremely rude behaviour. It's a surprise that their enterprise is still running with such poor service.
