Manager mr.shabin behaviour was so rude. I strongly recommend every company and persons don't use to ST courier service. Such a bad experience from ST courier service kadavathra.

I just received a package through your service from the courier service branch in Kadavanthara. Mr. Antony Joseph, the delivery executive refused strongly to deliver it to my apartment saying its against our company policy to enter the building. When I explained that I have a 2 year old and I work from home hence I can't go down to get it, he went on to saying" take it when you want from the security and if you can't, come collect it from the office" were exactly his words. My husband isn't in station, we don't go out, we depend everything to be delivered at the doorstep given our circumstances. Please tell me, in this time when vaccine is out, literally every single company is delivering items at the door step, how do you intend to run a business with such rude employees. If you cannot support disadvantaged people like us, I don't think you are eligible to run a business at all. I have never experienced such a rude behaviour from anyone. This is my first. Seeing these reviews assured that I am not alone. I really don't understand on what ethics do you run your company, on what ethics do your train your employees. I saw nothing! Such a shame.

Worst service ever!! Does'nt do door delivery. Asked me to collect the courier from the office , the location is no where to be found in google and he refused to share the location via whatsapp also. Such a bad experience.

In true caller his name was showing antony joseph.delivery person his behaviour was so rude.i strongly recommend every company and persons don't to use St couriers service.such a bad experience .he delivered from kadavantra.he told me he don't have time for delivery and next time onwards he will return the product s.such a bad experience from a courrier company

These people are very unprofessional and doesn't even know how to behave with the customers. They speak very rudely and doesn't even deliver the products to home. Pathetic service and really waste. Please close this courier service and go and sit in ur home thats better. Courier service means you have to deliver the package received to the home of respective consumers. First go and learn about basic courtesy and learn how you should behave with customers.
