The worst kind of courier services experienced till date ...Firstly, the courier which was to be delivered within 2 days is delayed by more than a week...Secondly, on reaching its destination after a week's delay the KANPUR branch misplaced it and has no whereabouts of it...It has been 24 hours since it reached KANPUR and it is yet to be found...Lastly, they expect the consumers to be polite and wait until they correct their sense of irresponsibility and casual approach towards a parcel which weighs 10 kgs and is no where to be seen...On top of that the person sitting in the branch office says 'It will be delivered if found otherwise it is none of their responsibilty' This attitude shows the kind of customer services TCI offers and claim to be India's No. 1 courier service provider...

Worst delivery service experienced till date. Courier was picked up at 4th Oct and today is 15th October still no sign of courier. Even the customer care executive is unware of the whereabouts of the courier. Don't have the option of giving less than 1 star hence 1 star. It was an express courier which was to be transported by airplane. In this much time courier could have come back and forth from America. But, the courier was to be delivered from Orissa to Kanpur. I wonder what happens to courier that are transported by land. Does a person delivers the courier on foot??
