Service was too poor, Our vendor despatched the material from Guindy, Chennai to Madurai through tci express, Week passed, there is no intimation on receipt of material, So I tried a lot to contact them, There is no mail-id or mobile number provided for this branch in their website even in any other sites Then how people contact them regarding the consignment?? Due to the lack of contact details, I approached them in person, then only I aware that, They missed our invoice and builty details. They handover the material to me without any confirmation upon the identity of our firm. Seems worst service...
