I booked for 21 days oyo didn't receive send any confirmation to the hotel. The hotel staff behavior is so rash. I have to pay at hotel reception again after the payment. Next day owner refused to stay at hotel says no rooms. Never expect like these behaviour. Waiting from oyo team for refund of stay

After taking room the staff and cleaner whr entering our room simply if we can for any help they wr just banging the door and come straight away inside ,don't buy food with them it's more costly than a luxury hotels

Room was not clean and smell was there, the staff is so irritated and non behavior, no sense to talk customer, they even dont know how to talk politely, very irresponsible staff no any service available, they are if there is 10 mins more when out time they are asking for another day charge for room and not let you go. Worst experience ever with Vijay Comforts, with no any comfort, not suggested for stay.
