I did online booking, which was costing me Rs 500, but after going there I was charged Rs 1000 saying that we do not take less money bokking, room/bed was also not clean,,, and check 200 extra was taken from me at the time of out, people are being looted here, OYO should take some action against them. Or should be removed from the OYO list.

Worst experience till now provided by any hotel first they will confirm your online booking then they will say that they don't accept OYO bookings. They will charge you more and will ask to do offline bookings. Plus if you ask them to talk to OYO support executive then they will simply ignore you and they will also not pickup OYO phone. Instead they will blame OYO for all this cause. Strong recommendation to avoid at all cost.

I am so unhappy with this hotel this was my worst experience with Oyo they are talking such rudely with customers and management is so poor i suggested everyone plz avoid this hotel and I suggested Oyo plz leave this hotel from your list because they are charged 3 times more than Oyo show in his application

i booked through oyo app then i got some discount by using coupon bt after going there there were different rules and regulations so after that i had to pay double

This hotel is not properly managed by OYO. Beware of the manager/receptionist, they r going to charge extra amount during check-in. If u insist more they'll say,"rehna ho to extra paise do varna yahase ja sakte ho" such rude remarks are very common from this hotel. The receptionists(both boy and girl) are insincere and lack honesty. They can even deny GST registered bill to you and they'll show the amount you paid on Oyo as check-in amount. There is no audit of extra amount taken from customers. I don't know how Oyo is managing this hotel. Doubtful about the website and it's management. Sorry to say, i had very poor experience from this hotel, never going to visit it again.

Worst experience 😑😑 they are scamming people...the guy at the desk is pathetic dont book for this hotel i came here for exam and at the time of chek in they asked for extra money even if u paid already on the app, I contacted oyo team afterwards and they assured me for full refunds..
