I had a terrible experience at the MR Plaza and I would not recommend it to anyone.The staff was rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. They ignored us and treated us poorly. they are not accepting booking from Oyo, we already paid through Oyo, but they are refusing to checkin , so in midnight we paid 1500 per a single non AC room. Still my oyo booking money is not refunded.

This hotel shows less price in OYO and if you book through online , receptionist of this Hotel will not allow you to check-in. This hotel will ask you to pay extra 1000 per head at spot. if you will ask why, he will give so many stupid reason like booking id not showing in his mobile. Avoid this hotel.I think they know that couple business will give profits so if anyone is coming with family or single person, they just don't care. I was thinking to file Consumer complain but latter thought just a time energy waste where OYO should unlist and ban this kind of Hotel who are doing this drama and playing with consumers

Worst hotel ever. Indirectly asking for more money, if they see that you have booked the room at a cheaper price via oyo. Otherwise they will deny that they don't have any vacant room, even if your oyo booking is confirmed. Don't know how it's in high ratings in oyo. Oyo must retract it's services from this hotel.

Complete fraud people . Let me explain the way they are doing fraud. They allegedly charge the amount that is three times the amount shown in oyo app. They take the payment through a qr code registered with a different people. When we contact customer support they don't receive call from oyo support executives. At the time of check out they tell the customer to give their phone to check the booking details at the same time they ask the customer to put the check out signature and at the same time they they give 5 * rating by themselves in the customer's phone , the way they fraud is heinous. disgusting experience i have ever got.

I HAVE BOOKED THIS ONLINE AND PAID ALSO. ON ARRIVAL HOTEL DENIED ACCOMODATION. ASKED DOUBLE CHARGE IN CASH DISREGARDING AMT ALREADY PAID. The first thing is the owner is not good in behaviour. Secondly when I pre booked the rooms he instantly increased the price from 1400 to 1450 and in explanation that he gave was pathetic.. It is such a useless hotel which will be beyond your imagination. First of all I paid the full amount but once you reach there they will say there is some issue with OYO and you have to pay more. I reached there at around 8pm with my family and we had lot of luggages with us and it was raining outside incessantly and we had no other option except for staying there. Eventually we had to pay double the amount. I strongly recommend not to book this hotel online. I suspect there is a scam going on with OYO. How the OYO team is allowing this hotel to get their bookings done through them.

Don't listen to any reviews .. First I want to clear that the hostel location is wrong so please don't follow that I had a worst experience in that even cost wise and after I reached the hotel they started asking more money even though we have done complete payment . they were asking extra 2k-3k to check in . the staff was so rude I have even recorded video all everything and even filed a case in consumer court .. So guys please its better for you all guys stay away from these kind if hotels bcz even u r booking website can't help you in that in my case it was Oyo .

The most useless hotel in Bhubaneswar is SPOT ON MR plaza. I was told by the receptionist that I had made an online booking .. After he Knowing that he said they do not have a room and also he said that ur money would not be refunded, but I canceled the hotel immediately infront of him through the oyo app and booked a better hotel in offline. The reception child(papu) have lack of manners and education he didn't know oyo's condition criteria anything he was known to be a waste of money..so I would suggest no one stays in such a nasty hotel. JUST HATED IT
